Ready to ship products will be shipped within 14 business days unless it is ordered with a preordered item. Your order will ship together when all the items are ready to ship. For this reason, we recommend that you order ready to ship items separately from preordered items.
Preordered items will state the production estimated time. Once the product is received by us, they will ship within 14 business days.
After your package has shipped please direct any questions you may have regarding the status or location of your item to the corresponding mail carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately no later than 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our items, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. There will be NO refunds or exchanges for changing your mind and/or ordering the wrong size as a size chart will always be provided. Please order carefully as no changes or cancellations are allowed after your order is placed.
Warning: Buttons and other small embellishments could detach and present a choking hazard. Parents should check clothing with small pieces on a regular basis to ensure these embellishments continue to be securely attached.
Warning: Clothing may be shipped in plastic packaging. To avoid danger of suffocation, keep any plastic bags away from babies and children. Do not use these bags in cribs, beds, carriages, or playpens. These bags are not a toy.
